TRAINING – POST DEPLOYMENT
1. ON JOB/POST TRAINING(individual training) DAILY
Conducted by Post Manager/Team leader of each shift and converse the essential duties and day happening and any instructions.
2. Collective Training
(Collective Training Once in a fortnight conducted by Operations Manager and or Training Officer and covers)

- Visitors, Vendors and key Management
- Fire Drills
- Emergency Procedures
- *Evacuation
- *Bomb Threat
- *Hoax Calls
- *First Aid
3. Fire Evacuation/Fire Fighting
(Conducted once a month)
- Lecture & demonstration by Branch manager/ Training Office.
- Training report submitted with every training session.
(Conducted to at random to check and audit procedures and process as mentioned below )
- * Trying to enter premises with different/duplicate ID cards.
- * Materials Movement without proper papers.
- * Testing response for Emergency Procedures.
